By accessing or using Pool Reveal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pool Reveal is a prediction pool platform that allows users to create pools, share pick links, and reveal results. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

Hosts must sign in with a Google account. Participants do not need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to distribute spam or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. No Gambling

Pool Reveal does not facilitate, process, or manage any exchange of money between users. The Service is a prediction and reveal platform only. Any financial arrangements between participants are conducted entirely outside our platform and are not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pool Reveal and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pool Reveal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
